Outbound GTM for funded tech startups
Pipeline in new markets, without hiring a single SDR.
Spaceout is the outbound GTM engine for funded AI and B2B SaaS companies expanding beyond their home market. We research the market, build the list, run the email, LinkedIn and calls, and put qualified meetings on your calendar.

Expansion stalls in the same place every time.
You have a product that sells in your home market. The next market should be a copy and paste. It never is.
The buyer titles are different. The messaging that converted at home lands flat. Nobody on the team knows which of the four markets on the whiteboard is actually the right first one. So expansion becomes a side project owned by whoever has the least on their plate, and six months later there is a spreadsheet of 200 companies and no meetings.
The usual fix is to hire an SDR in-market. That is a nine month bet on one person, at a loaded cost most seed and Series A companies feel immediately, before you know whether the market even wants what you built.
The question is not whether to do outbound. It is whether to spend a year learning how.
What we run
Four channels, run as one motion.
Most agencies sell you one channel. Buyers do not live in one channel. We run them together and let the reply data from one rewrite the messaging in the others.
Outbound email
Cold email that reaches the inbox and sounds like a person wrote it. We build the sending infrastructure from scratch on separate domains, warm it properly, and keep your primary domain untouched. Then we write sequences worth replying to, test them against real segments, and manage deliverability as an ongoing job rather than a setup task.
LinkedIn outreach
Warm conversations at the scale of cold outreach. We optimise your founders' and reps' profiles so the visit converts, then run connection and message sequences alongside engagement-led social selling. Interested conversations get handed to you mid-thread, with context.
Cold calling
The channel your competitors quietly stopped using. Calls in the right window for the market, on scripts built from what your email replies are already telling us. Recorded, reviewed, and fed back into the rest of the motion. Coverage across [CONFIRM: geographies].
Market entry strategy
Decide the market before you spend a year in it. Market prioritisation and sizing, ICP and segment definition, competitor and pricing landscape, buyer personas, channel and partner mapping, and a 90 day plan for the market you pick. Often the first thing we do, sometimes the only thing you need.
The process
Five steps. Roughly 30 days to first meetings. [CONFIRM: is 30 days accurate?]
- 01
Discovery and market fit
We map your product against candidate markets and segments, and agree the target account universe with you.
Output: a prioritised market and a written ICP.
- 02
Infrastructure
Sending domains, inboxes, warm-up, CRM fields, tracking. Built so your primary domain is never in the blast radius.
Output: a sending stack that is safe to scale.
- 03
List and research
Verified accounts and the actual decision makers inside them, enriched with buying context rather than job titles alone.
Output: a live target list you own.
- 04
Launch and iterate
Sequences go live across email, LinkedIn and calls. Weekly review of reply rate, positive reply rate and meeting conversion by segment.
Output: meetings on your calendar, with notes.
- 05
Scale or pivot
Double down on what converts, cut what does not, open the next market.
Output: a repeatable system.
Why us
Why founders pick us over an agency or a hire.
Operators, not a lead-gen shop.
We have run go-to-market inside a global AI platform, not just sold the idea of it. That means we know what happens after the meeting is booked, and we write like it. [CONFIRM: how explicitly the BytePlus engagement can be named]
AI-native research.
We build and enrich lists with AI tooling and LLM-driven account research. A 200 account niche ICP gets the depth a generalist agency reserves for 20. Precision beats volume when your ICP is small.
Skin in the game.
Retainer plus incentive. We are paid more when meetings turn into pipeline, which means we are not incentivised to book you meetings that waste your morning.
India-based, globally deployed.
A full outbound pod costs less than the loaded cost of one in-market SDR, and covers [CONFIRM: number] markets instead of one. We work across US, EU, MENA and APAC time zones as a matter of routine.

Engagement model
Retainer plus incentive. No long lock-in on a guess.
The retainer covers the pod and the infrastructure: strategy, research, copy, sending stack, and the people running it daily. The incentive is tied to [CONFIRM: qualified meetings / opportunities created / closed revenue], so our upside only arrives when yours does.
- What is in a pod
- [CONFIRM: e.g. GTM strategist, researcher, SDR, shared deliverability engineer]
- Typical engagement
- [CONFIRM: e.g. 3 to 6 months, reviewed monthly]
- What you own at the end
- Your domains, your lists, your CRM data, your sequences. All of it.
We do not publish a price because the right pod for a 200 account enterprise ICP is not the right pod for a 5,000 account mid-market ICP. Book a call and you will leave it with a scoped number.

Fair questions
Questions a skeptical founder would ask.
Is this just spam at volume?
No, and volume is not the lever we pull first. We work narrow ICPs with researched lists, verified contacts and messaging built per segment. High volume to a bad list burns your domain and your brand in the same week. We would rather send 200 emails that get read than 5,000 that get filtered.
Will an India-based team understand my US or European buyer?
This is the fair version of the question, so here is the honest answer. Market knowledge is built, not inherited. Every engagement starts with a research phase where we map your buyer in that specific market, and the messaging is rewritten from real reply data within the first month. We work in the buyer's time zone and, for calling, [CONFIRM: staffing and language coverage]. Ask us on the call to walk you through a market brief we have written.
What happens to my domain reputation?
Nothing. We never send from your primary domain. We buy and configure separate sending domains, set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC, warm the inboxes for [CONFIRM: number] weeks before volume, and monitor placement continuously. Your main domain stays clean for the mail your team actually sends.
How is this different from hiring an SDR?
An SDR is one person, one channel at a time, ramping for three to six months, and a single point of failure. A pod is a strategist, a researcher and an SDR working together from day one, with infrastructure already built. It costs less than one loaded in-market hire, starts producing faster, and if the market turns out to be wrong you change direction in a week rather than running a performance review.
Are you GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliant?
Yes. We work from legitimate-interest B2B data, honour opt-outs immediately and permanently, include the required identification and unsubscribe in every send, and keep suppression lists across all clients. We will not run outreach that puts your company at risk. [CONFIRM: any DPA terms you offer]
What do you need from us to start?
Less than you would expect. A kickoff session with whoever owns GTM, access to your CRM, your existing customer list so we can deduplicate and pattern-match, and a calendar link. We write the copy, you approve it before anything sends.
How soon will we see meetings?
Infrastructure and warm-up take [CONFIRM: number] weeks before meaningful sending starts, which is the part most agencies skip and then blame the list. First meetings typically land in [CONFIRM: timeframe]. We report weekly from day one, including the weeks where the number is zero and we are still warming.
What if it does not work?
We review monthly against agreed metrics. If a segment is not converting we cut it, and if the market is wrong we say so rather than quietly billing you for another quarter. [CONFIRM: notice period]
Tell us which market you are trying to win.
Thirty minutes. Bring your ICP and the market you are eyeing. You will leave with a view on whether it is the right first market, and how we would attack it. No deck.
