How we work

No black box. Here is the sequence, what comes out of each step, and what it costs you in time. Most of the work in month one is invisible from the outside, which is exactly why we document it.

The five steps

  1. 01Discovery and market fit

    Week 1

We start with a working session with whoever owns GTM. Your product, your best customers, why they bought, who churned and why, the markets on your list and the ones you have dismissed. We come back with a prioritised market, a written ICP and the target account universe, and we do not build anything until you agree with it.

Your time: one 90 minute session, plus review.

Output: prioritised market, written ICP, agreed account universe.

  2. 02Infrastructure

    Weeks 1 to 3

Sending domains bought and configured, SPF, DKIM and DMARC set correctly, inboxes provisioned and warmed, LinkedIn accounts prepared, dialler and numbers set up, CRM fields and stages built, tracking in place. Your primary domain is never used for cold sending.

Your time: CRM access and one approval.

Output: a sending stack that is safe to scale.

  3. 03List and research

    Weeks 2 to 3

Accounts and decision makers built to the ICP, every contact verified, deduplicated against your CRM and our global suppression list, and enriched with the context that decides timing. You get the list before we use it.

    Your time: one review pass.

Output: a live target list you own.

  4. 04Launch and iterate

    Week 4 onward

Sequences go live across email, LinkedIn and calls. Every week we review reply rate, positive reply rate and meeting conversion by segment, and change the copy, the targeting or the offer based on what came back. Meetings land on your calendar with the research and thread attached.

Your time: a 30 minute weekly review.

Output: booked meetings, and a clear read on which segments respond.

  5. 05Scale or pivot

    Month 3 onward

Segments that convert get more volume. Segments that do not get cut. When the motion is working we open the next market with everything we learned in the first one. If it is not working, we tell you why and what we would change, including the possibility that the market is wrong.

Output: a repeatable motion, documented well enough to bring in house.

Working with us week to week

The weekly.

Thirty minutes. Numbers, what we changed, what we are changing next, and anything we need from you. You can skip it and read the report, but the clients who show up get better results because they correct our assumptions faster.

Reporting.

Sends, deliverability, reply rate, positive reply rate, meetings booked, meetings held, split by segment and channel. Delivered weekly, in your CRM and in a shared dashboard. [CONFIRM: tooling]

Approvals.

You approve the ICP, the list and every piece of copy before it goes out. After that we run.

Escalation.

[CONFIRM: named point of contact and response time commitment]

Retainer plus incentive.

The retainer covers the pod and the infrastructure: strategy, research, copy, the sending stack and the people running it daily. The incentive is tied to [CONFIRM: qualified meetings / opportunities created / closed revenue], so our upside arrives with yours.

A qualified meeting is defined together in week one and written down, because "qualified" is where these relationships go wrong. [CONFIRM: your default definition, e.g. right title, right company profile, attended, expressed a relevant problem]

What you own at the end
domains, inboxes, lists, CRM data, sequences, call recordings. All of it, whether we continue or not.

We do not publish a fixed price. The right pod for a 200 account enterprise ICP is not the right pod for a 5,000 account mid-market ICP. Book a call and you will leave with a scoped number.

Tell us which market you are trying to win.
